The Mortgage Academy (TMA) strengthens performance and capability in India's mortgage industry.

We're now building our brand from the ground up and looking for someone who wants to build it with us.

Role description

This is for someone who wants real work, real ownership, and full creative freedom not repetitive intern tasks. You will work directly with the Founder to create TMA's digital presence, brand identity, and marketing assets. This is one time project which may last for less than 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Design decks, brochures & marketing collateral (Canva)
• Create first month LinkedIn marketing strategy including page, posts & carousels
• Build and refine TMA's website on Wix
• Support social media & brand storytelling
• Help shape TMA's visual + digital identity

Qualifications

• Good design sense (Canva)
• Basic knowledge of Wix or willingness to learn
• Understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing
• Clear communication
• Curiosity, initiative, independence
• Degree not required. Hunger > experience.
