Key Responsibilities
1.Email Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand communications
- Create and manage automated email journeys such as welcome series, cart/browse abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, and re-engagement flows
- Coordinate with design and content teams for email creatives, copies, and templates
- Monitor performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution
- Ensure best practices for email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance
2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own and execute customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
- Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stages
- Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize content, timing, and frequency
- Drive improvements in repeat purchase rate, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
3. CRM & Marketing Automation (Netcore or Similar Platforms)
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools such as Netcore / WebEngage / MoEngage / CleverTap or similar platforms
- Set up and manage WhatsApp, SMS, push notification, and trigger-based campaigns
- Maintain data hygiene, audience lists, and campaign workflows
- Coordinate with tech/product teams for integrations, event tracking, and automation setup
4. Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align retention campaigns with paid media strategies
- Support audience creation, retargeting, and offer alignment across CRM and paid channels
- Assist in optimizing funnel performance by improving post-click and post-conversion journeys
6. Website & Conversion Optimization
- Collaborate with website and tech teams to optimize landing pages, lead forms, pop-ups, and user journeys
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives including A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Use user behavior insights to improve website engagement and conversions
7. Analytics & Data
- Track, analyze, and report performance across email, CRM, website, and digital campaigns
- Use tools such as GA4, CRM dashboards, and internal reports to derive actionable insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations
8. Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Support and manage affiliate and partnership marketing programs
- Coordinate with affiliate platforms, partners, and internal teams to track performance
- Optimize affiliate campaigns for quality traffic, conversions, and ROI
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate efforts between retention marketing, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging, offers, and campaign execution
- Work closely with design, content, tech, and product teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong exposure to email and retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with Netcore or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms
- Understanding of performance marketing, SEO fundamentals, and website funnels
- Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4 and CRM dashboards
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
