Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach. The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented professional who understands B2B outreach tools, campaign optimization, and event-based marketing, with strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams and engage enterprise audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute targeted Email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Create and manage personalized outreach sequences, follow-ups, and ICP-based messaging.
  • Work with enrichment and automation tools like Apollo, Instantly, Relevance AI, n8n, and HubSpot to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate and assist in planning and executing webinars from audience outreach and registrations to post-event engagement and lead follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales, content, and design teams to align messaging across campaigns, product launches, and webinars.
  • Analyze key metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversion rate) and suggest optimizations for better ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-powered marketing, outreach automation, and lead generation tools.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Email & LinkedIn marketing in the IT / SaaS / Digital Services domain.
  • Experience in webinar planning, coordination, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and coordinate with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Outreach & CRM: Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, Waalaxy, Sales Navigator
  • Automation: n8n, Zapier, Clay
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Sheets, Looker Studio,
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT, Relevance AI,
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, campaign metrics, and marketing automation workflows.
