We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a smart, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growth.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in campaign execution, ads management, database growth, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the marketing lead to run high-impact digital campaigns across channels, manage audience databases, and generate insights that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email & WhatsApp Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp/Zoho/other tools.
- Create WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and automated workflows.
- A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
- Maintain sender reputation and ensure compliance with anti-spam guidelines.
2. Database Management & Augmentation- Maintain and regularly clean/update the CRM or central database.
- Identify and implement methods for audience list growth (lead magnets, landing pages, integrations, events, imports).
- Ensure accurate segmentation for personalized campaigns.
- Work with sales team to sync incoming leads, enrich profiles, and remove duplicates.
3. Google Ads & Meta Ads- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budgeting, and bid optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvement actions.
- Create basic ad copies, coordinate with design for creatives, and manage approvals.
4. Reporting & Insights- Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Track KPIs across campaigns, website analytics, and paid media.
- Generate insights and recommendations for improving ROI and reducing CPL.
- Support marketing head in preparing quarterly strategy and performance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with email marketing tools, WhatsApp tools, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Basic understanding of copywriting and creative briefs.
- Attention to detail, strong execution discipline, and a growth mindset.
Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, WP).
- Knowledge of lead scoring or basic marketing automation.
- Experience with Excel/Sheets for reporting.
