Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, attract brand owners and customers, and position our brands as leaders in their respective segments. The role is suitable for experienced professionals as well as enthusiastic freshers with a strong foundation and passion for digital marketing.
This role requires a self-motivated, self-driven individual who can take ownership of marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, articles, videos, and infographics for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Apply an industry-agnostic approach while remaining contextually relevant across multiple business segments.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and continuously improve outcomes.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure an optimized and user-friendly website experience.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
Email & CRM Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture B2B leads and engage existing customers.
- Manage CRM tools and marketing automation workflows to improve customer engagement and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge, hands-on skills, and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience with image and video editing tools, including AI-based content generation platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
