We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with deep expertise in Facebook & Instagram advertising for Dubai's real estate market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for off-plan and secondary properties, optimizing CPL, and scaling ad accounts with large monthly budgets.

You will be responsible for end-to-end Meta Ads strategyfrom planning and execution to optimization and reportingworking closely with sales, creatives, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for:
• Off-plan projects
• Ready properties
• Luxury & investment-focused real estate
• Build and scale campaigns using Lead Forms, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, and Conversion APIs
• Allocate and optimize budgets across multiple campaigns and projects

Targeting & Optimization

• Develop advanced audience strategies:
• Lookalike audiences
• Retargeting (website, CRM, WhatsApp, video views)
• Interest-based & high-intent buyer targeting
• Continuously optimize:
• CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS
• Creatives, copy, formats, and placements
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels

Creative & Funnel Collaboration

• Work closely with designers and copywriters to create:
• High-converting ad creatives
• Real estate-specific ad copy aligned with Dubai buyer personas
• Suggest angles based on market trends (ROI, payment plans, handover timelines, Golden Visa, etc.)

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

• Set up and maintain:
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion API
• Event tracking & custom conversions
• Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA, and CRM data
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
