About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving online visibility, lead generation, and brand engagement across digital platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to craft campaigns that resonate with our premium clientele and reflect our medical credibility.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and Implement Digital Strategies
- Create comprehensive marketing plans using channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
- Align campaigns with business goals and KPIs.
2. Content Creation and Management
- Produce engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages.
- Improve organic rankings and monitor performance.
4. Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM)
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, social platforms.
- Optimize ad spend and track ROI.
5. Social Media Management
- Plan and execute campaigns on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Engage with followers and monitor trends.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
7. Market Research
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and advertising trends.
- Identify new opportunities for growth.
8. Collaboration
- Work with designers, developers, and sales teams to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
9. Stay Updated
- Keep up with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnel optimization
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
