This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, running social media marketing campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and optimizing online marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also work to enhance user engagement, manage communication channels, and support the growth of the brand's digital presence. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring cohesive online branding will be key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Strong skills in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating engaging content and fostering brand awareness
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
