Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and PPC to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics to refine and improve strategies.

2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:

  • Design and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to create targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize ad creatives, keywords, and bids to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting frameworks for all campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns and future strategies.

4. Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and incorporate industry best practices into strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
