Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and
LinkedIn.
Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for
maximum ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives
and ad copies.
Set up tracking and analytics via Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and
conversion pixels.
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for management and clients.
Stay updated with the latest platform policies, ad formats, and industry trends.
Requirements:
13 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns across
Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of PPC, CPM, CPL, CTR, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign
Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver performance-driven
outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification (added advantage)
Experience with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Google Optimize,
Unbounce)
Familiarity with lead generation
