Job Description

You will be one of the hands that builds Credit Mitra. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as search, social, email, and display to drive user acquisition and engagement. The role includes ideating and creating ads, creating and coordinating content, and monitoring brand presence across platforms. You will analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other channels, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e. g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, measure KPIs, and generate insights.
Experience in setting up a marketing stack from zero, including analytics, tags, and triggers.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing methodologies is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong attention to detail and time management.
Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer internet products is a plus.
