Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: HYDERABAD, KPHB 5TH Phase
Experience: 3+ Years
Work type: Fulltime (W2) only
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST ( Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, email, and blog
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email marketing performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools
Experience with video production and editing software
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
