Role Description:

We are hiring a Digital marketing Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential institutional clients (Schools, Colleges & Upskilling Institutes), engaging with them via LinkedIn, Email Marketing and Cold outreach and fixing appointments with decision-makers. If you're tech-savvy, confident in communication, and passionate about sales or marketing, this is your chance to build a meaningful career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.io to scout, generate, and qualify leads (primarily educational institutions).

Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging, cold emails, and follow-ups to build engagement.

Fix appointments with school/college management, administrators, or key decision makers.

Assist in building workflows and strategies for improved lead generation and engagement.

Run performance marketing campaigns across social media channels and achieve a viable cost of acquisition model

Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointment status in CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

13 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or LinkedIn outreach. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Apollo.io is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with cold calls & messaging, emailing, and professional follow-ups.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service and Community Outreach experience
  • Skilled in conducting Research to identify new opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus
