Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads through data-driven marketing strategies and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other digital channels
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine performance (SEO)
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics to improve results
  • Develop content strategies for social media, blogs, and digital platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support marketing initiatives
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and audience engagement activities
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to marketing and business teams
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective marketing assets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or online marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns based on insights
  • Strong communication and content planning skills
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital advertising platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of content marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Certifications in digital marketing or Google Ads
