Role Overview :

We are looking for aDigital Marketing Specialistwho willown the digital marketing function end-to-end, includingstrategy, execution, and team management. The role focuses onSEO, Generative AIdriven content, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)to drive brand visibility and qualified leads in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage the digital marketing team and oversee day-to-day execution
• Guide and review team output across SEO, content, and social media
• DriveSEO and GEO optimizationfor search engines and AI platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate with leadership on growth and branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience indigital marketing with team handling exposure
• Strong knowledge ofSEO, Generative AI tools, and GEO optimization
• Experience withinternational markets / KPO industry
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills
