Performance Marketing Job Description

Position: Performance Marketing Executive / Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Amraiwadi

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  2. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI and lower CAC.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and daily spending.
  4. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  5. Create & test A/B ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  6. Work closely with the design team to develop effective ad creatives.
  7. Track & report campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  8. Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve overall visibility and traffic.
  9. Ensure proper pixel/UTM tracking and integration for accurate data.
  10. Manage remarketing & retargeting campaigns to boost conversions.
  11. Identify new trends and growth opportunities in digital marketing.
  12. Coordinate with sales/e-commerce teams to improve lead quality & funnel performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
