Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Canva, a strong command of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), and a flair for video editing.
- This role demands a balance of creativity, digital insight, and excellence of execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging visual content for social media using Canva (posts, stories, banners, etc.).
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform.
- Edit and publish short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories) using video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to refine content strategy.
- Track and report platform performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to align messaging and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help build an active online community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proven expertise using Canva for social media creatives.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing KPIs, analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio).
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A good sense of aesthetics, social media tone, and current digital trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus.
