Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves creating, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics for performance optimization, and supporting social media marketing strategies. The specialist will also collaborate with teams to drive traffic and increase brand visibility. Additional responsibilities include developing innovative strategies and ensuring campaigns align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
• Should have run Google Ads and Meta Ads for 6 months to 1 year - Worked on Beauty Brand camapaigns
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Experience in creating data-driven marketing strategies and analyzing campaign performance
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and social media management tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Industry-related experience or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus
