Digital Marketing Manager

Zenwice is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager.
We are looking for a marketer who can own paid performance and lead the team that delivers around it.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Own the performance metrics that matter: budget efficiency, cost per lead, return on ad spend
- Lead a delivery team of four — social media executive, graphic designer, SEO specialist and website developer
- Manage delivery timelines across client accounts and maintain quality standards before work reaches the client
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting monthly performance reviews and recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum [3] years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team or owning client delivery end to end
- Working knowledge of design, SEO and web development, sufficient to brief and evaluate the work
- Strong commercial judgement and comfort with accountability for results
