Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO and organic growth. The candidate should also have working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with experience in content, website management, and agency/vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and manage the overall SEO strategy including On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO.

·        Conduct keyword research, content planning, backlink building and competitor analysis.

·        Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads and conversions.

·        Manage Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile and SEO tools.

·        Plan and manage SEO-focused content for websites, blogs and landing pages.

·        Coordinate with content, design and development teams.

·        Manage external SEO agencies, marketing agencies, vendors and freelancers.

·        Monitor and coordinate Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

·        Manage website performance, SEO health and required updates.

·        Prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights.

·        Stay updated with AI SEO, AEO, GEO and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

·        4–6 years of Digital Marketing experience.

·        Strong hands-on SEO experience.

·        Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

·        Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.

·        Good understanding of content marketing and website management.

·        Strong analytical and communication skills.

·        Experience in agency/vendor management.

Industry Experience

·        Hospitality experience is strongly preferred, especially Hotels, Resorts, Travel or Tourism.

·        Furniture industry experience will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on digital marketer who is strong in SEO, understands content and websites, can manage agencies/vendors, and has working knowledge of paid advertising.
