We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in performance marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive qualified leads, online sales, and business growth.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI through data-driven optimization.
• Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets and improve lead quality.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and campaign optimization.
• Experience in E-commerce Marketing and conversion-focused strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree with Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
