Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Central Delhi. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, managing digital advertising, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies. The role involves lead generation activities and leveraging web analytics tools to track and improve online marketing performance. Additionally, the manager will oversee promotional initiatives, brand visibility, and digital content strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and creating engaging content for multiple platforms
• Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing campaign management
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics and performance metrics to analyze and optimize results
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Central Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in the parenting or baby product industry is an advantage
