Role Description

Responsible for driving end-to-end business growth by managing digital acquisition channels, aligning sales execution with marketing strategy, and optimizing customer lifecycle through CRM systems. The role combines performance marketing, sales operations, and brand execution to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including strategy, budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and continuous performance improvement.
• Lead and manage the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, refining sales scripts, and improving overall conversion rates.
• Optimize the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking, timely follow-ups, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and execute social media strategy, coordinating with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce high-quality, performance-driven content.
• Improve website strategy, focusing on user experience, landing page performance, and SEO.
• Identify and manage collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach and generate new customer acquisition channels.
• Oversee packaging and branding design, working closely with creative teams to maintain strong and consistent brand positioning.
• Conceptualize and launch offers and marketing collaterals that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 Year of Experience in Digital Marketing

Job Details

• Compensation: 3,00,000 per annum (in-hand)
• Work Mode: In-office
• Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
• Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Weekly off on Mondays + applicable public holidays)
