At UndoSchool, we aren't just building a tutoring platform; we're building a revolution. We use Roblox to turn I hate math into I just built a virtual world. We are expanding rapidly into the USA and Australia, and we need a Marketing Manager who knows how to win in these high-stakes markets.
The Mission
You will be the architect of our expansion. Your job is to bridge the gap between a 7-year-old's sense of wonder and a parent's desire for their child's success. You'll be managing campaigns that hit the Back to School buzz in New York and the summer vibes in Sydney simultaneously.
What You'll Do
- Global Performance Marketing: Own the strategy and execution for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads targeting US and AU demographics.
- Market Localization: Tailor messaging for the US (STEM/Future-proofing) vs. Australia (Engagement/Confidence-building).
- Funnel Optimization: Work with our creative Visual Souls to A/B test hooks, landing pages, and email flows to crush our CAC targets.
- Community & Influencer Growth: Partner with parent-influencers and gaming creators in both hemispheres.
Who You Are
- The Global Specialist: You have 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, ideally for EdTech, Gaming, or D2C brands targeting the US/AU markets.
- Data-Obsessed: You live in the dashboards but have the creative gut feeling to know what ad copy will go viral.
- Time-Zone Fluid: You're comfortable managing a schedule that overlaps with US and Australian business hours when needed.
- Startup Ready: You don't need a manual; you enjoy building the manual.
The Package
- Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 Per Annum (Based on experience)
- Work Mode: Remote (India-based)
