We are growing across markets and looking for a performance marketer who can help turn demand into qualified leads and customers with strong execution and sound commercial judgment.
The Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketer (Lead Generation) to own customer acquisition across paid digital channels and help strengthen the full lead generation funnel. We are looking for someone who can think like a founder rather than being hand-held through everything.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think clearly, execute directly, and improve performance through data, testing, and good judgment. You should be comfortable moving from campaign setup to optimization to reporting without waiting for detailed direction every step of the way.
You will work closely with leadership and play a direct role in how WeSpeaky acquires leads, improves lead quality, and scales growth in priority markets.
What You Will Own
- Build, run, and optimize lead generation campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant paid platforms
- Manage performance across the funnel, from ad click to lead quality to customer acquisition outcomes
- Turn growth goals into practical execution plans with budgets, testing priorities, creative direction, and performance targets
- Improve targeting, campaign structure, website performance, remarketing, and conversion tracking
- Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and channel efficiency, then recommend clear next actions
- Work closely with the team to ensure messaging, content, creatives, and website support conversion goals
- Follow-up leads on WhatsApp for insights to improve acquisition quality
- Identify new audience, region, and channel opportunities that can improve reach and conversion
- Report clearly to leadership on performance, learnings, priorities, and budget decisions

- Lead generation becomes more predictable and better aligned with sales outcomes
- Performance decisions are backed by clean tracking, clear analysis, and practical action
- Budget is allocated with discipline across the best-performing channels, audiences, and markets
- Leadership gets clear recommendations and alignment, not just reports
What We Are Looking For
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with strong ownership of paid lead generation
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, remarketing, conversion tracking, funnel optimization, GA4, and GTM
- A track record of improving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and commercial outcomes, not just top-of-funnel metrics
- Experience in education, EdTech, language learning, coaching, or another lead generation-heavy service business is a plus
- Strong understanding of attribution, lead quality, and how marketing performance connects to downstream conversion
- Confidence working in a founder-led environment where speed, ownership, and independent thinking matter
- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and stay close to execution
- Strong written and spoken English is a must
