Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site) or Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience: 2 – 4 years

Salary: 40 – 50k (based on merit)

Are you adept at gathering and translating insights into compelling brand strategies that engage audiences across digital mediums If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for someone who understands how brands speak online. Someone who can build strategies for B2C and D2C brands that engage people across digital platforms.

More About the Role

As a Social Media Strategist, you'll lead the end-to-end social media efforts for our clients - from audience research and content strategy to campaign execution and performance tracking. You'll work closely with brand and design teams to create meaningful, result-driven content for diverse industries.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked at a creative agency or brand-side marketing team and can demonstrate clear impact through content planning, content creation and measurable growth in brand performance.

What You'll Do

· Build social strategies grounded in insight, not guesswork.

· Plan content that aligns with the brand strategy.

· Write posts, guide designers and direct visuals in photoshoots.

· Set clear performance goals for each account

· Track and measure how content is performing

· Use data to learn, improve and make smarter campaigns

· Present ideas and results to the team and to clients

· Stay sharp with platform trends and share what you learn

What We're Looking For

· 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing

· You have worked in a creative agency or with a brand team.

· You have a strong understanding of all relevant social media platforms.

· You understand what it takes to build an audience.

· You have experience with basic social media advertising

· You know the difference between a good content piece and a good strategy.

· You are organised and proactive, can handle a mix of planning and doing.

· You are comfortable presenting your ideas and can back them up with research.

· You are someone who likes figuring things out and open to evolving with changing needs.

· A portfolio or documented work that shows strategic thinking and measurable success (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)

Bonus (Nice to Have)

· Can help with direction in execution.

· Worked with global clients or international brands.

· Exposure to work in Lifestyle, F&B, Jewellery and Real estate.

· Proficiency in tools like Canva, Notion, Slack, Buffer and CapCut
