Job Summary:
As a D2C Growth & Performance Manager for our premium direct-to-consumer brand, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand's trajectory. This position requires innovative strategies to enhance our online presence & boost profitable growth across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google with full budget responsibility.
- Execute performance marketing strategies, focusing on CRO, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margins.
- Develop and manage a structured creative testing framework that includes hooks, formats, and messaging.
- Drive profitable revenue growth across the D2C website and third-party marketplaces.
- Monitor and analyze performance dashboards to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Craft integrated brand and marketing strategies that align with our Client's brand premium fashion positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all digital and retail touchpoints and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or the fashion/luxury marketing sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling high-AOV D2C brands and effectively managing paid media budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Meta & Google Ads, including creative testing and performance analytics.
- Deep understanding of fashion branding, digital storytelling, and online business models.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.

- A background in digital content strategy and performance-driven creative frameworks.
