Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and other digital marketing efforts to maximize reach and engagement. The role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and ensuring delivery of successful campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through trust, communication, and results.
- Team Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email, Display Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better outcomes.
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Create and present monthly/quarterly performance reports to clients and management.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc.) to track KPIs and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional client-handling, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms.
- Ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
