Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with 25 years of handson
experience in social media management, graphic design, and content editing. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital
platforms by developing compelling content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc
Graphic Design
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, web, email, and marketing materials
Design promotional banners, infographics, reels covers, thumbnails, and digital ads
Ensure brand consistency in all design outputs
Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
Content Creation & Editing
Write, edit, and proofread content for digital campaigns, social media captions, emailers, and
ads Collaborate with content writers and video editors to align messaging and visuals
Edit short-form videos or reels (basic level, optional)
Optimize content for SEO and digital visibility
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions
Collaborate with influencers or external partners where needed
Track ROI and performance of campaigns; recommend improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related field
25 years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles
Strong portfolio of social media campaigns and design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro,
CapCut, or InShot)
Knowledge of social media algorithms, paid ad campaigns, and analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualification:
Experience in real estate, e-commerce, fashion, or agency environment
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
