Designation/Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Core Office, Noida

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the Digital Marketing segment for the Shiv Nadar School.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

2. B2C background, excellent communication skills, Excellent Writing and Reading skills

3. SEO keywords knowledge for organic presence and growth & paid marketing

4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Campaigns & Marketing :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), run A/B tests, and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and budgets for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest in Shiv Nadar School's offerings.
  • Utilize channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact and ROI.

SEO Optimization:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the school's online presence and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and employ best practices to enhance organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO alignment in all digital content.

Customer Journey Management:

  • Map and analyze the customer journey to identify opportunities for improving the prospective parent and student experience.
  • Develop personalized marketing tactics to cater to diverse audience segments and enhance engagement.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve the customer journey continuously.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the education sector.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for program development and differentiation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy.

Program Launch & Promotion:

  • Plan and execute successful launches of new educational programs and initiatives.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including promotional activities, events, and partnerships.
  • Equip the admissions team with tools and training to effectively communicate program benefits.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with academic, admissions, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and meetings to drive product marketing initiatives.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

  • Set KPIs and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Website Management

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring smooth functionality, performance, and regular updates.
  • Demonstrate understanding of both technical (CMS, basic web technologies, SEO) and non-technical/design (UX/UI, layout, branding) aspects of website management.
  • Monitor and review website content to ensure all information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.

PRE -REQUISITES

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Well versed in Data Visualization & numbers.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
