Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and refining digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, overseeing content creation, optimizing SEO/SEM performance, tracking marketing analytics, and executing outreach to elevate the company's online presence. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing
  • Strong skills in content creation, content strategy, and creative ideation for engaging marketing materials
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, pharma, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
