Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Industry: Event Management | Weddings | Luxury & Destination Events

Work Mode: On-Site (Mandatory)

Location: Pune / Destination wedding locations (as required)

Experience: 36 years (Event / Wedding industry preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can manage end-to-end digital presencefrom content creation and social media growth to performance marketing and lead generation.

This role requires creative thinking + strong execution + data-driven performance, with regular on-site coordination during events for real-time content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Content

Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube Shorts

Plan and execute monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories)

Capture and curate on-ground event content (weddings, dcor, BTS, transformations)

Ideate reels using trends, audios & storytelling formats

Coordinate with photographers, videographers & designers

Maintain luxury brand aesthetics & consistent tone

Manage highlights, captions, hashtags & geo-tags

Daily engagement: DMs, comments & lead routing to sales team

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Ads

Plan, execute & optimise Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

Run Google Ads (Search, Display & Remarketing)

Create lead generation funnels for weddings & events

Retargeting & look-alike audience strategies

Manage ad budgets and improve CPL & ROI

Campaigns focused on destination weddings & premium clients

3. SEO, GMB & Online Visibility

Keyword research for event & wedding searches

Website SEO coordination (on-page & content optimization)

Google My Business optimization & ranking

Local SEO for Pune, Mumbai, Lonavala, Khandala, Mahabaleshwar, etc.

Review management & location-based content

4. Lead Management & Analytics

Create landing pages & lead forms

Track leads from social & paid campaigns

Coordinate with sales team for lead quality feedback

Analyse performance using Meta, Google Analytics & dashboards

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

5. Brand Strategy & Growth

Position the brand as a premium wedding & event company

Campaign ideation for festivals, wedding seasons & launches

Influencer & collaboration strategy

Content planning aligned with business & revenue goals

Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Instagram Reels + Meta Ads

Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO & Analytics

Hands-on with Canva, CapCut/InShot, Meta Business Suite

Strong aesthetic sense & storytelling ability

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Ability to work on-site during events & shoots

Event / wedding / luxury / hospitality experience preferred

Qualified leads per month

Engagement & follower growth

Conversion ratio from digital leads

ROI on ad spends

Content consistency & brand positioning

Work Expectations
