Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Bing Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Take complete ownership of Bing Ads campaigns (mandatory expertise)
Monitor and improve performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions
Implement and manage attribution models and conversion tracking strategies
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with business goals
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications
57 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Mandatory: Proven experience in executing and scaling Bing Ads
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, CTR & ROAS optimization
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and reporting skills
