Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media Management

  • Own social media strategy and execution for:
  • Plastics For Change brand channels
  • Leadership / founder profiles (LinkedIn-focused)
  • Define content pillars, tone of voice, and platform strategies
  • Translate leadership insights, field stories, certifications, and partnerships into compelling digital narratives
  • Manage content calendars, publishing, community engagement, and analytics
  • Ensure sensitivity, authenticity, and credibility in all storytelling

2. Public Relations & Media Management

  • Drive in-house PR strategy and execution
  • Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, and publications
  • Draft and pitch press releases, opinion pieces, and impact stories
  • Secure earned media across sustainability, CSR, business, and packaging domains
  • Coordinate interviews and thought leadership placements for leadership
  • Track and report PR outcomes and media impact

3. Influencer & Thought-Leader Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and industry voices aligned with sustainability and impact
  • Design influencer campaigns with clear objectives and ethical guidelines
  • Manage briefs, timelines, approvals, and performance tracking
  • Build long-term influencer partnerships rather than one-off activations

4. Campaign & Growth Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns for webinars, certifications, raw material offerings, and partnerships
  • Coordinate newsletter campaigns
  • Track leads, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Support sales teams with targeted digital lead generation initiatives

5. Event, Webinar & Brand Visibility

  • Lead digital amplification for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
  • Manage webinar promotions, registrations, and post-event follow-ups
  • Coordinate content capture and PR visibility around events

6. Brand Governance & Vendor Management

  • Own brand voice, digital guidelines, and storytelling standards
  • Manage designers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies
  • Review and approve all digital and PR assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and partners

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields
  • 46 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, PR, or brand roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing both strategy and execution
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Exposure to sustainability or purpose-led brands is a strong advantage
