Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and strategic
Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and shape the brand's future. You will be responsible for driving demand generation, brand awareness, product marketing, and overall revenue growth across all marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with Leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and execute high-impact strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, revenue goals, and market positioning.
- Lead the Marketing Team: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, performance, product marketing, content, brand, and communications.
- Demand Generation & Revenue Growth: Plan and implement demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads, increase sales pipeline, and improve conversion rates.
- Brand Positioning: Define and elevate the brand's identity, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to define GTM plans for new product launches and market expansions.
- Marketing Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, product, and sales to ensure cohesive execution.
- Performance Metrics & Analytics: Establish clear KPIs, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps.
- Ensure marketing compliance with applicable laws and data privacy standards.
- Oversee the development of partnerships, PR strategies, and media relations.
- Build marketing automation, CRM strategies, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Drive thought leadership and represent the brand at industry events.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and technology partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling and managing marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Solid experience in budget management, team leadership, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong knowledge of branding, market research, product marketing, and GTM strategy.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience in Travel, SaaS, E-commerce, or OTA Industry.
- Knowledge of Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Strategy, and PR.
- Global market exposure and experience with multi-country marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Growth Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Influencer Strategies.
- Experience with email deliverability, domain reputation, and email marketing compliance.
