Position Summary & Scope
- Drive the 360 degree Digital agenda for Eastern Brand and categories
- Help Eastern reach and acquire consumers on digital channels
- Grow SOV across Digital Channels
- Grow E-commerce and Q-Commerce
Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
- Own Digital Marketing Calendar (including brand Social Handles).
- Manage both Organic (social media - YT, IG, FB, LI) and Paid Digital Media.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient spend keeping a close supervision of the media planning and buying with the agency
- Build and drive innovative digital marketing campaigns
- Influencer and Content Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partners, agencies and content creators aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube)
- Daily Campaign reporting with agency - Monitoring Campaign Performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Brief & guide various agencies, freelancers etc on Content Creation requirements. Manage Digital Content Creation Videos, UGC, Shoots etc.
- Competition Tracking and Regular reporting of the same
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
Educational Qualifications Required/ Relevant Experience
- Postgraduate/Graduate with 4-7 years of Digital marketing experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Start-up
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including content and influencer marketing
- Proven success in running integrated campaigns and managing influencer collaborations.
- Experience in digital tools like google analytics
