Mondee Tech Pvt Ltd. | Hyderabad, India | On-Site | Full-time

This is a rare hybrid role for someone who is equal parts brand and performance. You'll own how our brands show up - the identity, the standards, the premium decks and assets that look like they came out of a Fortune 500 company, and you'll own the engine that makes them grow: SEO, AEO, tracking, paid, and social platforms

.You'll direct execution (our video editor and freelance design) rather than produce every asset yourself, but you have the taste and the hands to set the bar. You'll report directly to the Marketing Lead with real ownership of the channels and brand you run

What you'll own: Brand & creative direction

  • Define and protect brand identity across our portfolio - visual language, tone, consistency across brands and touchpoints.
  • Produce and direct premium presentations and brand assets - investor, sales, and partnership decks that are genuinely Fortune-500-grade.
  • Direct the video editor and any freelance design: write the briefs, hold the quality bar, ship on-brand work fast.

Growth & platform engine

  • Own SEO end-to-end: technical audits, on-page, content/keyword strategy, internal linking, Core Web Vitals.
  • Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): structure content to get surfaced and cited by AI assistants and answer engines - schema, entity-first content, citation-worthy formatting.
  • Set up and own tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels / Conversions API, UTM governance, conversion event architecture.
  • Plan and run social campaigns (organic + paid) across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube - from brief to launch to reporting.
  • Build dashboards that tie activity to pipeline and signups - decisions, not vanity metrics

What we're looking for

  • 4–7 years in digital marketing with real ownership - you've led brands and run growth, not just supported the
  • A portfolio that proves both sides: premium decks/brand work you directed or made, AND a brand you grew (e.g. 0 → 10K+ organic impressions) with the analytics to back it.
  • Deep, current SEO + AEO knowledge - you can explain how AI answer engines pick sources and what you've shipped to win those placements.
  • Hands-on tracking setup from scratch (GA4 + GTM event architecture, pixels, UTM discipline, attribution basics).
  • Strong eye and strong judgment - you can articulate why something is on- or off-brand, and turn data into a decision memo.
  • Bonus: B2B / SaaS / travel-tech background, paid media depth, marketing automation (HubSpot/Customer.io), SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush).

How we'll evaluate

Portfolio review (the brand + growth proof), a deep-dive on one growth story and one deck you're proud of, and a short practical exercise - a live audit of one of our properties or a mini growth-and-brand plan.
