We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. You'll be responsible for driving qualified leads, optimizing spend across Google and Meta, and partnering closely with our growth, content, and product teams to convert intent into outcomes. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to the founders and a clear runway to grow into a broader growth leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage monthly ad budgets with full accountability for CAC, ROAS, CPL, and lead quality.
- Design and run structured experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track funnel performance from impression to enrollment.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ship high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
- Work with the sales and counseling teams to close the loop on lead quality and conversion.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, attribution shifts, and emerging channels (LinkedIn, X, programmatic, influencer).
Requirements
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with clear ownership of paid budgets.
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; you've scaled accounts, not just managed them.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4 Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet-based modeling.
- Solid understanding of attribution, funnel analytics, and A/B testing methodology.
- Sharp creative instincts you can brief a designer, write ad copy, and judge what will convert.
- Bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup environment.
- Ed-tech experience is a strong plus, especially in tech upskilling, study-abroad, or career-outcomes-driven products.
