This is a full-time onsite role for a Digital Marketing Manager at our Noida office. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media and web analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies, managing lead generation initiatives, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing with expertise in building and managing online presence across platforms
• Experience in Lead Generation and implementing strategies to convert prospects into customers
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to design and execute effective campaigns
• Ability to utilize Web Analytics tools to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the digital marketing domain and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is a plus
