Key Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or brand roles
- Youve worked with lifestyle, jewellery, or fashion brands (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong sense of design and storytelling for Gen Z audiences
- Familiar with Instagram tools, Canva, Google Sheets, and trend tracking
- Curious, collaborative, organized, and genuinely excited about building a brand.
Principal Accountabilities:
Social Media & Content Planning
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Schedule and post content, ensuring a consistent and distinct brand voice
- Monitor engagement and performance, and recommend tweaks when needed
Content Creation & Coordination
- Work with design and copy teams to put together visually engaging and on-trend content
- Help plan themes around festivals, product launches, or Gen Z moments
- Make sure everything looks and sounds like Glow
Influencer & Shoot Support
- Help shortlist and manage micro-influencers and content creators
- Coordinate shoot planning, approvals, and timelines
- Support with behind-the-scenes coordination for campaign films and photoshoots
Brand & Market Awareness
- Keep an eye on what similar jewellery or lifestyle brands are doing
- Share insights, trends, and ideas that can make Glow stand out
- Spot Gen Z content cues we should act on
Agency & Team Coordination
- Liaise with creative agencies for campaign assets
- Share clear briefs and timelines, and follow up to make sure everythings on track
- Work alongside product, retail, and in-store teams to keep things aligned
