Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. The role involves managing social media channels, analyzing web performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better execution. The candidate will also collaborate with various teams to develop and execute marketing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales and business growth.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and campaign reporting tools.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, social media, and landing pages.

Track conversion rates, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns.

Coordinate with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
