This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of digital marketing performance across paid, organic, and website channels in a highly data-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaign execution, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving overall digital performance across multiple platforms. The position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, hands-on campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and web development teams. You will also play a key role in exploring and applying emerging AI-driven tools to enhance targeting, automation, and personalization. With a strong focus on performance marketing and user journey optimization, this role directly impacts lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution. Accountabilities
- Own and manage end-to-end digital marketing execution across paid media, organic channels, and website performance optimization
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy setup, and performance optimization for paid campaigns
- Monitor and improve website engagement, conversion rates, and user journey performance across key landing pages
- Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements to increase conversion efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing operations, product marketing, web development, and sales teams to align campaigns and reporting
- Implement tracking, analytics, and attribution frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
- Explore and apply AI-driven tools and automation opportunities to enhance marketing performance and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4-8+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaign management
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and website performance analysis
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus
