We're Hiring - Digital Marketing Manager | Gemius, Surat
We are looking for someone who knows the digital ecosystem inside out, not just one part of it. Someone who can look at a brand's entire digital presence and know exactly what needs to move, what needs to be built, and what needs to stop.
What this role is
As Digital Marketing Manager at Gemius, you will own the digital performance of multiple client brands across three core areas - SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web Development, and also lead the team. You will not just manage campaigns or oversee reports. You will be the person in the room who understands why a keyword ranks, why an ad converts, and why a website loses users, and knows what to do about all three.
This is a senior role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise.
What you will own
SEO
- Drive organic growth across client websites - technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategy
- Conduct audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis across multiple brand categories
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions and translate findings into clear action plans
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Own the full funnel - awareness to conversion, with a clear eye on ROAS, CPL, and CPA
- Build audience strategies, run A/B tests, and scale what works
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and evaluate ad creatives based on performance data
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and mentor the SEO, performance marketing, and web verticals
- Set team goals, review output, and maintain quality standards across all deliverables
- Report to leadership with clear data, insights, and recommendations - no jargon, just clarity
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing - with deep, hands-on expertise in SEO and paid advertising
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools
- Experience overseeing or collaborating closely with web development teams
- Someone who is data-driven - can read numbers and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills - can translate complex digital metrics into business language for clients and leadership
- Prior agency experience strongly preferred
