Digital Marketing Head

Industry Preference: EdTech / IT Training / Certification

Reporting To: Director / Management

About the Role

D Succeed Learners is looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our complete digital growth strategy for IT training programs and exam voucher sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, AI-driven lead generation, funnel optimization, and revenue growth, with proven experience in scaling both B2C sales and B2B corporate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies aligned with business revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing, SEO, content, and performance teams.
  • Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition across all digital channels.

Performance Marketing & AI-Driven Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Generate high-quality B2B corporate leads and B2C enrollments using AI-powered targeting and automation.
  • Improve ROAS while reducing CPL, CAC, and Cost Per Sale (CPS).
  • Handle large marketing budgets with a strong ROI-focused approach.

Funnel Optimization & Conversion

  • Optimize the complete customer journey from ad campaigns to lead conversion and sales.
  • Improve landing pages, checkout flows, and lead nurturing automation for higher conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and closure rates.

SEO & Brand Building

  • Lead SEO strategy for IT certifications, training programs, and exam voucher sales.
  • Build strong online brand authority through content marketing and social media campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong background in EdTech, IT training, certification, or voucher sales preferred.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, SEO, and CRM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, predictive targeting, and lead scoring.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.

Tools & Platforms

  • Ads & Analytics: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, GTM
  • SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
  • AI & Automation: ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, marketing automation tools
  • CRM & CRO: Lead Management Systems, CRM platforms, conversion optimization tools
