ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute Powerweave's digital presence across social media, performance marketing, and SEO. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical — capable of crafting compelling ad copy and social content while simultaneously optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.
Supported by the content team, you will be the primary author of ad creatives and social media copy, bringing the Powerweave brand voice to life across every digital channel. You will own channel strategy, manage paid campaigns, and drive organic growth through well-executed SEO — all while measuring impact and continuously improving outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Own strategy, planning, and execution across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Write and publish engaging, on-brand content for organic social — including posts, captions, reels scripts, and story copy.
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and grow follower communities.
- Track social metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR) and report on performance regularly.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Write ad copy for all paid placements — including search ads, display banners, social ads, and retargeting creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximiseROI.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimise spend, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop high-performing creatives aligned with your copy briefs.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy — on-page, off-page, and technical — to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments to prioritise SEO opportunities.
- Work with the content team to optimise existing content and brief new SEO-driven pieces.
- Monitor and report on domain authority, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and organic traffic trends.
- Liaise with developers for technical SEO fixes (page speed, schema, crawlability, Core Web Vitals).
Content Writing for Ads & Social
- Be the primary copywriter for all digital marketing assets — ad headlines, body copy, CTAs, landing page snippets, and social captions.
- Translate product and service features into benefit-led, audience-specific messaging across all digital touch points.
- Work collaboratively with the content team who support with long-form content, design briefs, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels and ensure all copy is proofread and on-message.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own digital marketing dashboards across GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and ad platforms.
- Deliver regular performance reports covering paid, organic, and social channels with clear insights and recommendations.
- Monitor the full funnel — from impression to lead — and identify opportunities to improve conversion at each stage.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing covering social media, paid performance, and SEO.
- Proven copywriting ability — comfortable writing ad copy and social content independently.
- Demonstrated experience running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent), and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business, not just personal profiles.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads and B2B demand generation campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or WordPress for landing page and website edits.
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools for content ideation, ad copy generation, or campaign optimisation.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B marketing verticals.
