Role Overview
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can drive high-quality demand across channels while balancing performance and brand. This role will own end-to-end digital acquisition—across paid platforms and real estate marketplaces.
You'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing directly impacts business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Drive lead generation with strong focus on quality, cost efficiency, and conversion rates
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
2. Marketplace Management (Classifieds)
- Own performance on property marketplaces like Magicbricks, Housing.com, and 99acres
- Optimize listings for visibility and conversion (titles, descriptions, images, pricing cues)
- Manage inventory hygiene, freshness, and ranking on platforms
- Track lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion from each marketplace
- Work with account managers/platform teams to unlock better visibility and performance
- Run experiments to improve response rates and reduce lead leakage
3. Channel Management
- Manage and optimize key channels: Paid Social, Search, Display, and Classifieds
- Identify and experiment with new growth channels
4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-closure conversion through better targeting and messaging
- Work with product/tech to optimize landing pages and user journeys
5. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals (inventory, geography, seasonality)
- Collaborate with content and design teams to build high-performing creatives
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance regularly across all channels (including marketplaces)
- Derive actionable insights and drive data-backed decisions
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to understand lead quality and feedback loops
- Partner with brand/content teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing classifieds/marketplace platforms (real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion metrics
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to balance data with creative thinking
Bonus Points
- Experience in scaling campaigns in high-ticket categories (real estate, auto, fintech)
- Strong understanding of marketplace ranking algorithms/listing optimization
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Exposure to offline + online integrated campaigns
