- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Developing sales forecasting models to help sales teams set goals and track progress Creating and maintaining sales performance metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance and marketing, to align sales strategies with broader business goals Developing and implementing sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales programs and initiatives Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify new sales opportunities Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
