Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns tailored for the US market
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Drive performance marketing initiatives including PPC, SEM, display, and remarketing
Content & Communication:
- Collaborate with content teams to create compelling marketing assets and landing pages
- Ensure all messaging is aligned with brand voice and resonates with the US audience
SEO & Website Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility
- Analyze user behavior and optimize website conversion rates
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve future campaign performance
Market Understanding:
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms, and cultural nuances in the US market
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine strategies
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on the US market
- Demonstrated success in running data-driven campaigns across various digital channels
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
