About the Role
We are a growing digital solutions agency working with service businesses, startups, and D2C brands. We are looking for a Lead Digital Marketer who can own all marketing execution for clients, manage a small team, and act as the single point of responsibility for performance and delivery.
This role is not for someone who only runs ads or only does social media. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, coordination, and results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Marketing Ownership
Own end-to-end digital marketing execution for multiple clients
Create channel-wise strategies (Social, LinkedIn, SEO, Paid Ads)
Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans and KPIs
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and manage a team of 34 marketers/executives
Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability
Coordinate closely with: Graphic designers, Video editors, Content writers
Review and approve creatives from a performance and brand perspective
3. Social Media & LinkedIn (Sales-Focused)
Build and execute social media strategies for brand visibility & leads
Drive LinkedIn optimization for founders, sales teams, and businesses
Plan content calendars and guide copy direction
Design outreach and lead-generation workflows for LinkedIn
4. SEO & Content Strategy
Perform SEO audits and keyword research
Guide blog/content strategy aligned with search intent
Coordinate on-page and basic technical SEO
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
5. Paid Advertising
Plan and execute paid campaigns on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, or lead quality
Collaborate with creatives to improve ad performance
Monitor budgets and performance regularly
6. Reporting & Client Communication
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
Explain results clearly to clients (even non-marketing founders)
Proactively suggest improvements and upsell opportunities
Handle feedback and revisions professionally
Required Skills & Experience
47 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of: Social media marketing, LinkedIn lead generation, SEO fundamentals,
Paid ads (Meta + Google)
Experience managing or mentoring a team
Ability to brief creatives effectively (design & video)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
