Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships while delivering high-performing digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and experience working with B2B clients across diverse industries.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge client expectations with internal execution, ensuring successful campaign delivery and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with clients to create customized digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and growth objectives
- Provide strategic guidance across full-stack digital marketing initiatives
Campaign Oversight
- Plan, oversee, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Ensure consistent performance tracking and continuous optimization
B2B & Multi-Market Focus
Manage B2B accounts with an understanding of industry-specific challenges
Adapt strategies based on market trends, audience behavior, and regional insights
Account Planning & Growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop account growth plans to meet revenue and retention targets
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables effectively
Project Management
- Coordinate with design, content, performance marketing, and tech teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Sales & Business Support
- Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Assist in onboarding new clients and transitioning them into ongoing accounts
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular performance reports
- Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management within a Full Stack Digital Marketing environment
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong B2B focus
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented agency environment
